Work-Shop Facility
We facilitate our work-shop with state-of-the-art digital instrumentation ranging from Digital Multimeter (DMM), Digital Clamp meter, Digital storage Oscilloscope (DSO), Digital Spectrum Analyzer, Digital Power Quality Analyzer, etc. We also provide our work-shop with full range and complete spare parts for our UPS products. Combine with well-trained technicians we are ready to give our customer a piece of mind in Power Protection Industry.

The peace of mind knowing that Deltasindo provides you with priority technical support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through our professional customer service representatives and technicians. The peace of mind knowing that Deltasindo provides you with installation and preventive maintenance services that ensure improved UPS performance and increased productivity. The peace of mind knowing that if a failure should occur, you will receive the type of service that best fits your needs.

Maintenance Service Agreement
We offer a large array of service plans and expanded warranties to fit your needs. Whatever you choose a basic level or one that makes power protection virtually effortless on your part, you can be sure Deltasindo will Honor its commitment to provide you with true peace of mind. 

• Level 6. Customized Service Agreement
  Designed by you to match service delivery to your unique needs. Includes any features of Levels 1-5 plus additional services and terms that you may require.

• Level 5. On-Site Comprehensive Agreement
  A factory trained technician will perform preventive maintenance 4 times a year to reduce the likelihood of unit failure. If failure should occur, you will receive priority scheduling to exchange unit or repair it at your location. All labor and parts (excluding batteries) are covered.

• Level 4. On-site Repair Agreement
  You will receive priority for a factory trained technician to perform the unit repair at your location and ensure that everything is working properly. All Labor and part (excluding batteries) are covered.

• Level 3. Exchange Agreement (available for units < 6 kVA)
  Should your unit need service, Deltasindo will immediately ship a replacement unit to you and will arrange for the return of the defective unit to Deltasindo. All shipping charges are covered.

• Level 2. Standard Warranty Extension
  Extends the Deltasindo standard warranty for an additional 1 year.

• Level 1. Standard Warranty Protection (1 year free)
  Deltasindo warrants the product to be free from defect in material and workmanship. Deltasindo will repair upon failure at no charge to you. You will be responsible for the freight in and out. On-site repair available-parts covered an no charge, labor and shipping are extra.

Additional Services

• PowerUPS
  Provides a turnkey solution for complete on-site installations including wiring and StartUPS.

• StartUPS
  Provides on-site UPS wiring check, unit startup and test, unit operation training.

• Preventive Maintenance
  On-site inspection, test, calibration, and verification of UPS operation. (Available in quarterly, semiannual, and annual agreements.)

• Spare Parts Kits
  Provide key parts for various levels of repair.
